ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in May 2025 and currently lead a growing team of two. I’m married with two children and had a unique upbringing (attending 12 different schools across five countries before graduating high school), which helped shape my adaptability, communication skills, and appreciation for different perspectives and cultures.

I stay actively involved in the community by sponsoring youth baseball leagues, supporting women’s empowerment initiatives, and participating in the local Chamber of Commerce. Building strong community relationships is an important part of our agency culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Waleed Zayid - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
